RGV FC, San Antonio FC’s closest opponent, will be forced to play their first home matches in a temporary home while construction is completed on their new stadium. Per The Monitor, extended rainy weather has delayed construction of their brand-new stadium.

RGV FC will play their first 5 home matches at UTRGV’s Soccer and Track and Field complex. This includes the June 4th bout with SAFC, as well as games against Los Dos, Real Monarchs, Swope Park Rangers, and OKC Energy. Current plans have the South Texas team opening their new stadium against Arizona United SC on June 22nd.
